Historic Bell Hill is located 14 1/4 miles south of Carbondale, Illinois and the Southern Illinois University and five miles north of Anna, Illinois on New Route 51.

You can find us using the following routes:

From downtown Cobden
Turn at Rossi's Service Station onto Poplar Street. Stay to your left and Poplar Street becomes Bell Hill Road. Watch for Historic Bell Hill B&B sign at the top of the hill on the left.

From Interstate 57
Exit onto Route 146 toward Anna, Illinois for 5 miles. At the 2nd set of traffic lights in Anna turn right onto Route 51 and follow 5.4 miles to Bell Hill Road for 1 1/4 mile and to your right you will see the Historic Bell Hill B&B sign. Turn right and come on up the long driveway. Drive right under the portico.

From Interstate 64
Exit onto127 south. Follow 127 to Route 13 (Carbondale, Illinois). Stay on Route 13 to Walnut Street in Carbondale and turn right on Illinois Avenue. As you are leaving Carbondale you will pass the Southern Illinois University and Illinois Avenue will become Route 51. Stay on Route 51 until you come to Bell Hill Road. Bell Hill Road is 5.2 miles from the Makanda turn off, well known for it's large yellow smiley face water tower. Turn right onto Bell Hill Road for 1 1/4 mile and to your right you will see the Historic Bell Hill B&B sign. Turn right and come on up the long driveway. Drive right under the portico.
